Basic Beginner Dance
For adult beginner tappers. No experience necessary. A fun, musical low-impact tap technique work-out.
Latin-Rhythm dance & cardio movement, gentle stretching/toning as well as balance & theraband exercises added to the mix. For Seniors, beginners & all levels of expertise.
Videos with routines focusing on techniques to improve, enhance breathing, balance, stress relief, relaxation and meditation. Most of the exercises are done sitting in a chair or standing behind or in front of a chair. Approximately 40 minutes.
Lots of fun, easy to learn, and not very strenuous.
Come join us for video walking exercises. You can walk up to three miles, if you choose. We do different steps and arm movements as we walk in place.
Water aerobics (waterobics, aquatic fitness, aquafitness, aquafit) is the performance of aerobic exercise in water such as in a swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that requires water-immersed participants.
Consists of a predetermined number of frames. Each frame is complete once all balls have been thrown and all points have been awarded. Bocce Ball can be played by two, four, or eight players on two teams (one, two, or four players per team). Each team throws four balls per frame.
Cornhole (also known regionally as bags, sack toss, or bean bag) is a lawn game in which players take turns throwing 16 ounce bags of corn kernels at a raised platform (board) with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the board scores 1 point.
Horseshoes is a lawn game played between two people (or two teams of two people) using four horseshoes and two throwing targets (stakes) set in a lawn or sandbox area. The game is played by the players alternating turns tossing horseshoes at stakes in the ground, which are traditionally placed 40 feet (12 m) apart.
Pickleball is a paddleball sport (similar to a racquet sport) that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis.
Table tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball back and forth across a table using small rackets. The game takes place on a hard table divided by a net.
Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent (singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court.
