From Your HOA Board:
This Thursday at 2:00 pm in the Social Hall we will be having a Budget Meeting to discuss the proposed 2026 budget.
The 2026 Budget will be voted on at the HOA meeting, Thursday, November 20th.
Both meetings are open to all residents.
From Your HOA Association Manager:
At Coffee and Donuts tomorrow morning we will have Traci from Frontier Financial updating us on changes made to reverse mortgages.
Monday, November 10th at 10 am is the monthly Managers Meeting in the Social Hall.
