From Your HOA Board: 7/8/25
This week Villagers we have an important meeting for all residents. Mark your calendar for July 9th it is our ANNUAL HOA Board Meeting and Board Election in the Social Hall. Please note the time for the start of this meeting. It will begin at 2:00 pm in the Social Hall.
If you would prefer to attend the meeting virtually, a Zoom link will be posted it in the email blast of this robocall also.

Reminder, all HOA Board Ballots must be returned, signed in, and into the Ballot Box by Wednesday, July 9.th Ballots may be received up to the time of the call from the Board for the count of ballots on July 9th during the Annual meeting.
From Your HOA Manger:
Shredding will be available on the Second Thursday of each month from 3-7 pm. This Thursday, July 10th is the Shredding Day for July.
THANK YOU to the many volunteers who put in and removed 380 flags throughout Villages for the 4th of July. BRAVO Larry Howe and Charlie Davis for coordinating this wonderful display.

Attention Dog Park Users- The Dog Park will be closed Wednesday July 9th and Thursday July 10th for maintenance.
Work continues with our Water Leak Project. Thank you from your HOA Board and Maintenance staff to all who have been gracious and open to assistance and support as we work together on this large project.

Our Water Leak Project continues, and progress is being made as we assist residents with their issues and concerns. A HUGE thank you to all of our volunteers working on the project.

The HOA Office will be CLOSED on Friday, July 4, 2025 in observance of Independence Day.

From Your HOA Maintenance Department:
Good News Villagers who are early risers. Our trash compactor will now be available for residents’ use an hour early at 5am. Thus, trash compactor hours will be 5am to 10pm. As a reminder, the trash compactor is removed and emptied every Thursday morning. In addition, once it returns it takes between 10-20 minutes to reconnect with our keycard security system. The compactor is usually reconnected and ready to open and receive your items no later than 11:00am. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
